Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Pickday, provided by the publisher of Pickday, processes when a BigCommerce merchant installs it.

Data we process

• Store data: store identifier (store hash), BigCommerce access token (encrypted at rest), store owner email, merchant account identifier (for billing), and your Pickday settings.
• Order scheduling data: cart and order identifiers, the chosen fulfilment mode, date and time slot. Pickday does not store shoppers' names, addresses, email addresses or payment details.
• Order details shown to you: when you open Planning, Pickday reads the customer name, phone, shipping address, items and order comments of your scheduled orders from BigCommerce to display them. They are kept in memory for a few minutes only and are never written to our database.
• Support messages: what you send us through the contact form (name, email, store, order number, message), kept to answer you and to follow up.
• Technical logs: IP address, request path and time, kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Why

Only to provide the service: show available dates in your checkout, record the chosen date on your orders, show your planning, and manage your subscription. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is exchanged with BigCommerce through its APIs. Subscriptions are billed by BigCommerce. The service is hosted by our infrastructure provider. No other third parties receive the data.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall Pickday, your store's data (settings, scheduled dates, access token, billing state) is deleted from our database. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.

Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access tokens are encrypted at rest, and webhooks are authenticated.
