Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Pickday, provided by the publisher of Pickday, by BigCommerce merchants.

Service

Pickday adds delivery and pickup date selection to your BigCommerce checkout and records the chosen dates on your orders. You are responsible for configuring your schedules, capacities and closed dates, and for fulfilling orders.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed through your BigCommerce invoice at the price shown in the app before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in the app (Subscription tab); access continues until the end of the paid period (immediately during a free trial). Uninstalling does not cancel a BigCommerce app subscription by itself: Pickday cancels it on your behalf when you uninstall and retries until BigCommerce confirms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If Pickday is unavailable, your checkout keeps working without the date picker.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for Pickday in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
